A Casa dos Falcões, está situada no topo de uma elevação montanhosa, razão pela qual podemos contemplar o pôr-do-sol numa posição frontal e privilegiada, pela sua posição geográfica oeste que possui, assistindo a partir do relvado e jardim, onde existia uma rara centenária ameixeira; ou então, desfrutá-lo enquanto prepara o seu barbecue
A casa, de construção antiga possui forno a lenha tradicional.
Possui dois pisos, em que no primeiro (open space) está uma zona da cozinha e outra a de estar e de refeições. O segundo piso, possui dois quartos de dormir e uma casa de banho.
A Casa dos Falcões, como a maioria das casa rurais e de construçao tradicional e dquando são de dois pisos, o primeiro era somente destinado a armazem de viveres e alfaias de lavoura e como tal era um piso baixo por razões economicas na sua contrução, sem preocupação a conforto, dividido e sem comunicação interior, por uma zona onde se confecionava as refeições e onde havia o forno tradicional a lenha. O piso superior, era o piso onde estava situado os dormitórios, e este sim o seu pé direito era mais alto para conforto dos seus habitantes. As instalações sanitárias ficavam fora da casa e bem longe desta por causa dos maus odores.
A Casa dos Falcões nos aos 90 do século passado sofreu um restauro e modificção do seu interior: open space no primeiro piso e comunicação interna com o segundo piso.
