Another covered terrace on the first floor is nice for reading a good book overlooking the pool. As the house is in the town, there are next-door neighbours. The ground floor comprises a air conditioned sitting-dining room with open plan kitchen. Sit down on the sofa, watch a film (Smart-TV), a DVD or listen to your favorite music.
