Immediately adjacent to an elegant bar and restaurant. The condo uses the community pool and the quiet well maintained tropical Caribbean Club grounds. Access to the island is perfect for all guests. The Tourist Highway leads you to Kralendijk to the south and north to the popular beach at 1000 Steps, to all northern dive sites, Goto Lake, the road to Rincon and the Washington-Slagbaai National Park. The condo offers walking and biking access to the off-road areas (kunuku) and the many caves in The Bonaire Caves and Karst Nature Reserve. This area of the island is quite with spectacular views of the ocean, has abundant bird watching and at night, the incredible views of the stars. We feel this is the best part of the island to home base for your daily activities!

Summary: This studio had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the scuba gear rinse area and storage locker - a must! The property is a bit north of town, and it was so quiet and peaceful (many others staying downtown said the noise at night was terrible). We found the location convenient for our daily dives, picking up tanks at the end of each day before returning home. We did all our own cooking, and found the kitchen to be quite adequate. Tina and Jason were super responsive and helpful, and they loaned us a cooler for our 2 wk stay, where we packed our daily lunch to consume between dives. We enjoyed seeing the large resident iguana, and the parrots every day. Enjoyed our afternoon beers on the lanai. There is a very nice looking restaurant / bar onsite, but unfortunately it was not yet open during our stay. The pool looked nice, tho we never got around to it. Friendly neighbors and a nice little community, right near the Stinapa headquarters, Oil Slick dive site, and the caves.
