Positive: The staff are efficient, courteous and very helpful. My partner has mobility problems and they helped every day in any way that they could. We had a triple room so that there was plenty room for a mobility scooter to be parked and charged there. The room was serviced daily and all public areas were very well maintained. Although there are steps outside to access the hotel there is an outside lift for the use of people with disabilities, wheelchairs and scooters. It can also be used for children in prams and pushchairs. We only stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and there was an excellent choice for breakfast. Fruit juice, cereals, full English, continental with hams and cheeses, fruit, salad, croissants, sweet pastries, toast, jams, honey, hot drinks - couldn't go wrong - and as much as you can eat. The location is good for the town with plenty of good shops, bars, and restaurants and excellent for the bus station from which you can negotiate your way anywhere on Malta and access the ferry to Gozo. It is also near to the seafront.
Negative: There is quite a lot of building and renovation work going on in the area, but, this is the case throughout Malta.
Summary: Happy return to a lovely hotel.
