LIMEY has excellent concrete parking, a dry under house entry, outside shower, fish station, and a new private dock. All water sports including small boating, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and stand up paddling are welcomed and enhanced at the LIMEY LOOKOUT location. 2 Stand-up paddle boards and 2 kayaks are provided for guest use. Do not forget the bikes, the Brigands’s Bay subdivision is large, beautiful and bike friendly. The first living level has a waterfront living area with tall ceilings, comfortable resort furnishings, and an XL LED TV with DVD. LIMEY has a large waterfront dining table with good sized kitchen breakfast bar for spill over seating. The excellently equipped kitchen shares the breakfast bar and the outstanding water views. The LIMEY LOOKOUT canalfront furnished sundeck offers extensive sound and canal views. Break out your beach chairs and your limes and lemons…this deck will certainly enhance your thirst. The first floor waterfront queen bedroom has deck access and LED TV. This bedroom also shares semi-private access with the hall bath with laundry and toilet facilities. The second floor continues the waterfront theme with tall ceilings and superb canal and sound views. There is a nice furnished sitting area at the top of the stairs.
