Pull up under the house and unload your car, feeling the breeze off the canal. A private 25’ dock is great for launching your windsports, canoes, and kayaks with a tiered launch pad. You can also set up for a fishing day and use the fish cleaning table on the dock. Enter the home to the first level with three bedrooms and one shared hall bath. Settle the kids into the far bedroom with a twin-over-queen pyramid bunk. Take one of the two queen bedrooms with deck access for yourself. You can wake up early and watch the early birds over the canal and sound. Or, enjoy late nights in the bubbling hot tub on this level’s deck with gorgeous views.
On the second level, natural light streams in all around you. The open kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal. Get comfortable in the great room with a large TV and DVD player. Open the blinds and let the orange glow of the sunset settle inside. The final master king bedroom is on this level, with an attached private bath. The back porch over looks the canal and has a gas grill, perfect for making a mid-day meal.
