Beautiful home with canal view of the bay and great fishing in Estes Flats. The sunsets are magnificent from the back patio and deck. Over 100 feet of dock space for your boats. The dock is complete with multiple steps down to the water to make loading and offloading boats and kayaks easy and safe. The home has four bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The Master is on the main level complete with a king size bed and futon for extra sleepers, tub, shower and two vanities. Another bedroom on the main level has a king size bed. The home has a great living room open to the kitchen and bar area and views of the canal. Two eating areas: Breakfast room overlooking the canal and a large table in the dining room. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, 1 with a queen and futon overlooking the canal and the other has two bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twins on the top with a full bathroom. The utility room has a washer and dryer available for your use. The garage is equipped with a ping pong table, cornhole boards, life jackets along with two kayaks for your use. There are lots of board games, dominoes and cards for guests to enjoy. The back deck receives the breeze from the bay and is very enjoyable for evening cocktails and outdoor dining. There are multiple folding tables for plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy. If you are here for duck season, the prime duck hunting is just a short boat ride away, so bring your boats and fish, duck hunt and relax.
