The exteriors are very nice, it has 1 nice chlorine swimming pool of 9 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 0.4 to 2.2 m, 1 large terrace fully equipped, 1 porch equipped with 1 sofa, 2 chairs and 1 small table, and for those who love cooking, it has 1 barbecue.
Once inside, the dining room is very cosy, with two sofas, satellite TV, AC and a wood-burning cooker. The dining room with a table and chairs is ideal for you to enjoy your favourite dishes with your companions. The independent kitchen with ceramic hob has all the necessary utensils to cook and make you feel at home. The house of 170 m2 distributed in a ground floor, has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub. The other two bedrooms also have a double bed and all of them with wardrobe and AC. Another bathroom with whirlpool bath completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Badia Gran is an urbanization that belongs to Llucmajor. In the area you will find everything you need during your stay. At only 3.8 km you will find the Golf Maioris, and at 10 km the beach of s'Arenal. Palma is a very beautiful and welcoming city, where you will find all kinds of local and international shops. For those who love shopping, you will be able to enjoy different shopping centres and a great multitude of shops. There is a wide variety of leisure activities during the day and night. During the day you can stroll through the beautiful central streets of the city, visit the cathedral of "La Seu" with magnificent views of the sea, stroll along the promenade, ride a galley or a bike, visit different museums or art galleries, the "Castell de Bellver", etc. And at night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc. By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit small villages such as Esporles, Valldemossa, among others. On the outskirts of the city there are different water parks such as Aqualand, Westernpark, and a visit to Palma Aquarium is not to be missed.
