Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It was very helpful that the host organised the door code for me as I would have found that difficult (language). We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and enjoyed sitting out in the little garden. Most apartments were empty while we were there so it was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed using the pool. Car parking was fine (outside the premises). The town is lovely with plenty of choice of restaurants. The town is particularly beautiful and we enjoyed walking along the coast on either side of the town. It is not really suitable for leisure cycling due to the hills but ideal for walking/hiking/exploring. The apartment is up a hill from the town but suitable for walking to and from (people with mobility difficulties would need to check this). There is a choice of beaches and coves to choose from and lots of beautiful scenery. The 'Jardi Botanic de Cap Roig' is gorgeous and we enjoyed a lovely morning there.

Negative: The apartment is small and visitors who like to spend time around the apartment need to consider this. We loved the cosy, personal feel of the apartment and were happy with everything. It was a lovely opportunity to be in a particularly beautiful place and avail of the many delights of the area.

Summary: A wonderful first taste of this area of Spain. A wonderful holiday - lots of variety and interest.
