All bedrooms have TVs The pool and spa overlooks a garden area and is not overlooked from the rear, this has a covered lanai area for those of you wishing to seek shade from the Florida sun and with comfortable pool furniture this is a great spot to relax. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and looks out to the living room and breakfast bar. There is a formal dining room and plenty of room for everyone. The garage has been converted into a wonderful games room equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball table and an Air Hockey table. Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $30 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.
