Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location with lovely walking path right it the front door at the river. The hotel was clean, neat and had friendly staff. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a huge variety of machines to play.

Negative: We had an awful experience at Spago Restaurant. Unfortunately we ended up walking out because of very poor service. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. The hostess was great having us wait for a much nicer table. It was well worth it. It took a long time for us to even get water. Our order was taken and we had been sitting and waiting just shy of 30 minutes before we decided to walk out as we hadn’t yet had the drinks we ordered. We were seated at 6:13 and it was 6:45 and still no drinks. 2 couples, seated after us, already had their appetizers.

Summary: My husband and I will return to Caesars Windsor.
