Sympathetically and imaginatively renovated to a very high standard, the cottage radiates charm and character, with oak wood flooring and locally hand-crafted oak doors. The character blends well with the stylish, modern finish with high ceilings, spotlighting and well-equipped kitchen with a wonderful central island and Neff appliances, and ground floor walk-in wet room. The welcoming sitting room with comfy leather sofas is a lovely place to sit and relax long into the evening. Upstairs, there are three good-sized bedrooms, each benefiting from en-suite WCs with the double also with a shower. The lawned garden to the front is enclosed by shallow stone walling and the patio with garden furniture provides a fantastic location to sit and soak up the sunshine whilst enjoying the uninterrupted views of surrounding countryside. There is also easy access to wonderful beaches at nearby Criccieth, Morfa Bychan and the whole of the Llyn Peninsula. Spend a day discovering the 13th century castle at Criccieth before taking afternoon tea at one of the many charming tea rooms. Porthmadog has an impressive marina and is the terminus for the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways. This charming cottage is the perfect base for discovering this fabulous part of Wales.
