You step into the comfortable lounge with its red brick fireplace and slate hearth which houses an electric woodburner-effect fire, the perfect place to curl up and relax together after a busy day of exploring. A step leads from here into the contemporary, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to rustle up a delicious meal which can be shared together around the dining table. There is a separate utility room which houses a washing machine and an additional basin and WC for your convenience. Upstairs on the first floor is the beautifully-appointed king-size double bedroom, also on this floor is the modern family bathroom which has both a bath for easing those aching muscles after a day of exploring and a separate invigorating shower. A steep narrow turned staircase leads up to the second floor twin eaves bedroom, a cosy retreat for the children. To the outside of the property there is a delightful enclosed courtyard patio where you can relax with a refreshing drink as you gaze across the owner's fields to the hills beyond and the children will enjoy talking to the owner's pony.
