This resort apartment is perfect for family, friends, family meet-ups, weddings and weekend getaways. Centrally located on a patrolled golden pristine beach with many local shops and restaurants within a village atmosphere.
Kingscliff, Casuarina, Byron Bay, and the Gold Coasts are close by and have lots of tourist attractions to visit. The climate is fantastic for a winter-summer getaway. Byron Bay is just down the freeway 30 min drive. The international airport is only 20 min North.
This magic 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment on the beach at Cabarita. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite and king-size bed a tv and verandah access with views of the ocean.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with a window viewing the pool.
A modern well-decorated space with robe mirrors and draws.
The 3rd spacious bedroom has 2 x single beds it's also well decorated with a window for airflow through the apartment. We can provide a small additional pull out foldable bed or blow-up mattress, or portable cot to accommodate families (on request)
The space has ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment is open plan and faces the beach. The verandah doors have the option of opening to the outside alfresco dining table. It offers a weber BBQ for entertaining and dining.
The sliding doors open back, for fresh soft sea breeze to flow throughout the apartment. This also offers a good opportunity for beach and ocean views to whale watch during the (May - October season). Great for watching your family play cricket or fly a kite at the beach that can be seen from the verandah or watch them catching a few waves on the new surfboard!
The well-equipped Kitchen has oven, microwave, dishwasher double door fridge and all accesories for cooking and entertaining.
Laundry is also self sufficient with washing machine dryer or clothes airer.
A secure underground parking facility with lifts to your apartment with easy access. 2 x outside showers one at the beach and one by the pool.
3 x pools a hot tub, unlimited choices of beautiful beaches Rainbow Beach and Coolangatta are not far away. Not to mention Cabarita Beach was voted best beach in Australia not so long ago. Handy Beach Bar and Grill in the complex with the variety of shops and Woolworths for supplies. The bike shop hires popular e-bikes for some extra fun.
The Cabarita Beach Surf Lifesaving Club with bistro and a bottle shop. No need to venture afar all this in a beautiful seaside village with everything you need leave the car in the garage and enjoy the village, cafes, restaurants, fishing and best beach you can find! It’s one of Australia’s best-kept secrets or the last modern frontier’s so don’t tell too many people about your fab holiday!
Swipe card allows you access to all resort pool facilities, and access to all the lifts around the resort to give easy access to your room and getting around the resort. Free secure underground parking. No access to Gym sorry

We are here for questions you may have, as locals living here ourselves we know your experience at The Beach Resort apartment will likely be very positive.
Please note any additional bedding above 6 guests will incur linen fees & charges. The arrangements will need to be organised prior to checking in to the room 5 days prior to arrival with your hosts. We have 2x air mattresses and 1 child portable bed. A porta cot can also be arranged on request thanks.

The town the neighbourhood is vibrant in season and has an atmosphere for holidaying summer and winter. Although it is without the hustle and bustle of big destinations it still maintains a strong community spirit and distinct peaceful energy.
Parking is relatively adequate you don’t need your car to get around here much at all. Woolworths is across the road. The bike shop also hires bikes and is handy if you have a great day in mind with the family cycling around our fantastic sights.
(A tip for the adults), you could hire a nippy electric bike, haha.
Walking tracks are plentiful and showcase the gems around here. There are miles of pathways behind the dunes, leading North to Casuarina, and onto the town of Kingscliff just past Cudgen Creek.
The majority of pathways are open and flat amongst shaded trees for a great day out cycling with the family. Remember the water bottle, towel, hat, and sunscreen just in case you go swimming as you could make this a fun family round day trip.
As the apartment is privately owned and within this wonderful Beach Resort the reception desk may assist with general inquiries. Please keep in mind they are not obligated to supply anything to private guests.

# Self Check in to the resort has been made easy, there is so much to do you will find local info, on the region, board games & cards etc in the rooms. We have 2 x outside showers, one for leaving the beach and one just near the apartment door for rinsing off after swimming in the pool.

# Your Wifi is connected in the apartment with a card in the draw with the connection details.
The Tv has Netflix YouTube and free to air tv channels
