Located in the urbanization of Son Serra de Marina and very close to the sea, this house will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. It has capacity for 6 people.
The property is fenced and has a small garden with 50m² of lawn and a 40m² terrace with table and chairs, next to a fixed barbecue; the perfect place to eat outdoors while you take a dip in the chlorine pool, 6 x 4meters. There are some sun loungers for sunbathing. The house is located in the urbanisation of Son Serra, it has direct neighbours.The house and its amenities are private for our guests.The accommodation comprises a single floor that offers a living-dining room, a separate kitchen with a laundry space, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen has everything you need to spend your holidays without missing your favourite dishes: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator and much more. The bedrooms themselves are not air-conditioned, but there is an air conditioner in the hallway to the rooms.The natural beach of Son Serra de Marina is only 650 meters from the house. In Son Serra de Marina there are no big hotels and the place is quiet even in midsummer and with little traffic. On the beach, rocky sections alternate with fine sand so that you can find a place where to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The beach is natural, so there may be algae especially in the low-season and there are no services on the beach. In the village there are, next to a pharmacy and a small supermarket, few but very good restaurants.Can Picafort is the nearest major town in about 10 minutes by car to all the essential services you need for an independent holiday. The long sandy beach will inspire you and also water sports enthusiasts will find good services. The public Finca Son Real is located between Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina and worth a family excursion. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Surroundings
Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, makes one think of beach resorts, but there are many other ways to enjoy both the coast and the inland - especially in autumn and winter, when the hoards of tourists are gone and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week exploring the Tramuntana mountain range running along the west of Mallorca on foot or by bicycle.
