It sleeps 8 guests.Upon entering from the street, we are greeted by a beautiful terrace where we can sit and enjoy a drink at sunset. The back of the house offers a large patio where we can prepare a delicious barbecue and where children can play safely. This town house has neighbours on each side.The two-story house is characterised by its exquisite traditional style and excellent equipment. The living room has satellite TV and leads to the dining area. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is connected to another dining area. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning in the house. The first one, with a double bed, is on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, two with twins and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There are two more bathrooms with a shower each in the house, one on each floor. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating to be able to enjoy this fantastic destination also in the winter months.Can Picafort is a perfect area as it has a beautiful golden sandy beach, it offers all kinds of services for an independent stay and is also a quiet area where you can relax and unwind.
