A beautiful top floor apartment of a 15th century house on Campo Arsenale. It has a living room with views both on to Campo Arsenale and beyond, a good well equipped kitchen area, a double bedded sleeping gallery (king size), a separate twin bedroom and a bathroom. This is a very comfortable, cosy and atmospheric flat and, as with all the apartments in this lovely house, it was recently renovated in a Venetian classic style, well furnished, equipped and maintained. The apartment is in a 15th century house on the famous Campo Arsenale. It's only 8/10 minutes along the waterfront to Piazza San Marco, and only two minutes from the water bus stop "Arsenale". It is also only 10 minutes to the Venice Lido beach as a relaxing alternative to the cultural scene. There are other apartments in the same building for bigger groups. It is a sort of small private residence. You will feel in total PRIVACY AND AT HOME, from the minute you reach the Campo and enter the building. All of the apartments offer beautiful VIEWS over the Arsenale and its magnificent square. The front door of the building opens straight in the Campo, which is very pleasant. Kids can go downstairs and play, with absolutely no danger. They are ideal for couples, couples with kids, or friends and group of friends. This is a private apartment in a building where we own and rent other 4 apartments It is a sort of small private boutique residence. You will feel in total PRIVACY AND AT HOME, from the minute you reach the Campo and enter the building. The front door of the building opens straight in the Campo, which is very pleasant. It is the ideal location for those who want to stay out of the big tourist crowd, but want to be really close to the main attractions. You can reach with a short walk San Marco, Rialto, the Academia and all spots of interest. If you want to go for a swim or a bicycle ride along the Adriatic beach, Lido is only three stops of Vaporetto (public-water-transportation)(URL HIDDEN) The historical building is located in Campo Arsenale, a lively square with restaurants, the two Arsenal towers, and the red brick African walls, which create all day long a concert of chirping sounds of the most authentic Venice. On the other side of the square you'll se the magnificent endless Laguna, which every day offers the most amazing sunsets falling over San Marco and Santa Maria della Salute. You can enjoy the magic atmosphere of Campo Arsenale all year around, each season with its unique features. From here the walk towards the Lido, or towards San Marco are the essence of the Italian beauty. The promenade where Venice opens its images to the widest views over the skyline of Venice and extends into the Laguna, is one of the rarest spectacles in the world. You can also get lost into the maze of Calles and their continuous adventures with humanity, shops, churches, palazzos, canals and pictures. For those of you who come for the Biennale of Architecture and Arts or the Cinema fai Via Garibaldi right behind the Arsenale, is always alive with bars, small groceries, and the typical Italian post cards of sheets hanging between the buildings. Markets are around the corner, with fresh product from the hills of Veneto or Adriatic fish sold on the traditional boats. Or fresh pasta shops, and traditional wine sellers, where you can buy local quality wines (bring your 1 lt. bottle - also an empty water bottle - and they fill it with your choice of very good quality merlot, prosecco and cabernets). Yes, because what makes the Arsenale really a great location is that after a full day dive into the multitude of images history, shops, events and museums, when you will walk back HOME and finally reach Campo Arsenale you will have a feeling of return to peace and enchanted beauty, that will make your staying a very special memory for the years to come.
