Summary: The room was small, but perfectly adequate for a one-night business stay and nicely presented. It had all the amenities needed, with a very comfortable mattress, good pillows, and quality bed linen. The bathroom was compact but featured a powerful rain shower, which was excellent. I also appreciated the good-sized slim smart TV. As is often the case in hotels, the air conditioning and heating unit was a bit noisy, so I ended up switching it off during the night. The location is perfect, right in central Belfast, next to the shopping mall, making it very convenient. The staff were lovely and friendly, with the warm and welcoming attitude you would expect from Irish hospitality.
