Positive: The host is a very nice man, he even prepared two small toys for my 2 girls. The apartment is excellent, it is quite as the windows looks at another building near by.

Negative: The building itself is old and not well maintained, the guest needs to claim one floor at the stairs, there is not elevator. In case you are with babies, keep this into account.
