There is 35' of dock space available at Rudder Canal #40 (a couple minute walk from the condo). The building does not have an elevator and this condo is on the 1st floor (1 flight of steps). Master bedroom with King bed and door leading to covered deck, 2nd bedroom with Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Twin on top) with additional pull-out Trundle. 2 TVs, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, covered deck with furniture, covered parking, and outdoor shower are some of the many perks this condo has! View of canal, pond and docks. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Covered parking is not large enough for a trailer larger than 25'. Trailers larger than 25' must be stored off-site for a fee.
