Welcome to this apartment for two people in Offingawier: a wonderful base from which to enjoy the water and nature in the area. Stroll together along the Sneekermeer, visit the swimming beach or rent a dinghy to explore the area. After a day on or around the water, this apartment is a wonderful place to come home. Enjoy the sun a little further on the balcony, or play a game at the dining table before watching the sun go down with a view of the Princess Margriet Canal. This apartment is completely gas-free and consists of two floors. On the first floor of the house you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and bathroom. If you go up via the spiral staircase, you will find the sleeping area and a separate toilet. The open kitchen has a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, washbasin and shower. A hair dryer is also available here. At the dining table in the dining area or in the living room you can enjoy a game of cards, rummikub, triominos or pim pam pet in the evening. Or enjoy the sun on the balcony (12 m2), located on the southwest. Upstairs are two separate box spring beds of 80x200 cm. These beds are linked together with a topper of 160x200 cm. You will also find bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and blackout window coverings. Finally, this apartment has a washing machine and private parking. If you come with several cars, there are plenty of free public parking spaces nearby. Do you like water (sports)? Then this is the place to be! This apartment is located in a beautiful, water-rich and typical Frisian environment. You can walk to the water ski track on the Sneekermeer, or to the swimming beach.
