2 Bedroom Apartment in 17th Arrondissement, Paris
Welcome to my home!
I welcome you in my 59 square meters flat bathed in light, in the heart of Batignolles. On the 5th floor with a splendid view of the roofs of Paris without any opposite, which is very rare!
Warm and personal decoration. Very bright flat.
It is ideally located near Montmartre and the 9th arrondissement (Blanche, Pigalle, Saint Georges). The area is lively and very pleasant.

## Logement
My apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 5th floor without elevator.
It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a nice living room with 1 luxury sofa bed to relax after an intense day.
The open kitchen is in the form of a bar and located in the living room, but away from the smells.
The accommodation has a BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer! The large number of windows and the angled living room give a lot of light, it is a real pleasure to rest there! Full sky view without opposite.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay:
Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Smoke detector, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Balcony.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to Montmartre and the 9th arrondissement.
You will find grocery stores on the street and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away on foot.

The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
