This fantastic flat is located in the trendy Borough of Hackney, close to public transport links and a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. The flat has 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fabulous open plan kitchen, living and dining area, which has views of the canal. This flat would be a great fit for up to 4 people looking for a place to stay in a quieter neighbourhood that is still easily accessible to Central London. The Space: The flat is located in a secure modern residential building next to the canal. There are two good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom with a double bed. There is one bathroom and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. All rooms are stylishly decorated, with interesting pieces of furniture and artwork dotted around the property. LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The seating area has a comfortable sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. You will be able to watch Netflix, Youtube and browse the web on the TV. Alternatively there is a variety of interesting art books on the bookshelves which you are welcome to read. The dining table seats 4 people comfortably. The different coloured chairs are a great feature of the room and add a colourful touch! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There is a variety of pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, and high tech kitchen appliances. We will ensure there is plenty of space in the fridge for you to store any food. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for. BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. There is plenty of room in the wardrobe for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings. The second bedroom has a double bed. In here there is a chest of drawers where you will be able store your clothes. There is also a fold away desk in here, which is perfect if you need to do a little bit of work. You are also able to fully open the window door - on a warm sunny day it is lovely to open this door and let the fresh air in. Both bedrooms have great views of the canal. Both beds will also be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. BATHROOM The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. Guest Access: Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in. Interaction with Guests: When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be. The Neighborhood: This flat is located in Haggerston in the London Borough of Hackney in East London. Dalston, Shoreditch and Hoxton all have a reputation as trendy neighbourhoods and are within walking distance or a short bus ride away. Haggerston itself is becoming renowned for its canalside restaurants, uber-cool bars and quirky cafes. Just a 1 minute walk away, Draughts is a brick-lined bar and cafe in a railway arch with a huge library of board games and a simple menu. Broadway & Spitafields market are also close by. The major shopping districts of Oxford Street, Bond Street and Westfield and the South Bank arts centre are all within easy reach by bus, tube or cab. Getting Around: Haggerston station is the closest tube station, being just a 4 minute walk away. This station is on the Overground line. From here you can head north up to Highbury and Islington which is also on the Victoria line, which will take you down through to Central London. If you don’t fancy taking the tube, there are a number of different bus stops on Kingsland Road, which will take you into Central London and surrounding areas. Other Things to Note: Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know.
