We have recently updated our condo to include new floors, a completely re-done master shower, and a new washer/dryer. We hope you enjoy our improvements!
Our bright and open mountain contemporary style home offers peaceful comfort just a few steps from babbling Ten Mile Creek and “around the corner” convenience to charming Main Street in Frisco. Our 1100 square foot 2BR/2BA condo has numerous upgrades throughout to ensure your comfort after a great day in the outdoors. Lake Dillon Frisco marina is within walking distance. Free county-wide transportation and hike/bike path are one block away. A variety of world-class ski resorts are close enough to eat breakfast in town at 8 and be skiing by 9, and the renowned Summit County hike/bike trails are accessible across the street.
The fully stocked modern kitchen has new quartz counter tops, new oven/range, new microwave and new ultra-quiet dishwasher. Stool seating at the kitchen counter complements a separate dining area for six.
The private back patio has casual seating for four and includes a gas grill. Sink into the hot tub after a hard day of skiing, or enjoy the short walk back from Main Street after shopping and dinner in Frisco.
Watch your movies or listen to music on our flat screen TV with 5 speaker surround-sound system while relaxing on our large sleeper sofa and the comfortable new recliner (Carol's favorite spot!) next to the wood burning fireplace. A memory foam topper for the sleeper sofa is in the guest closet for your convenience.
The spacious Master Suite has a new king bed, flat screen TV, a computer desk work area, a newly remodeled full bath with double sinks and double head executive walk-in shower and a separate toilet room.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed with its own flat screen TV and ample closet space. There is a guest bath just down the hall, next to a stacked washer and dryer.
Our one-car garage prevents you from having to shovel or scrape before heading to the ski resorts. Parking behind the garage is also included for your second car or guests. Secure wireless high speed internet access is provided throughout the unit, as well as Cable TV.
Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed, absolutely no exceptions. Also, we are generally not able to accommodate long-term stay (more then 2 weeks) requests during December - April, and the months July, and August.
So whether you seek a getaway for your family or a group of friends; enjoy skiing, biking or just want to sit next to the fire and relax with a good book – here is the place that will have you wishing you had another week to spend in this idyllic Rocky Mountain setting!
