Positive: The apartment was awesome. Just as described. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything else with the apartment. Location was great, able to walk to.all the places we wanted to visit. Very nice.
Negative: Didn't like check in process. Security guard was extremely rude and the first guy we dealt with at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. We got there at 2:30. I stated in my email we would be there between 3-4pm. The 1st worker told us we had to wait til 4 to check in. No problem, we sat down to wait, but after less than 1/2 hour the Security guard rudely said we could only sit there 30 mins. This felt like an extortion for us to check our bags @ $5 per bag. After seeing me get upset a different front desk worker offered to check with the owner to see if the room was ready for us to check in. The room was ready and we were able to go to the apartment. This guard did that to several people sitting there which is not how anyone should be treated.
Summary: Great stay. Facilities was phenomenal
