Bring your kids and come have a relaxing and enjoyable experience on our families suburban homestead! Located in the beautiful equestrian community of Placerita Canyon in Santa Clarita, only 2 minutes from Downtown Newhall, with its fantastic Saturday Farmer’s Market, 2 minutes to The Masters University, and only 10 minutes from Magic Mountain. We are centrally located between the 5 and 14 freeways which allows you access to Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
The BRAND NEW living space is not connected to the main house but is above our detached garage at the end of our driveway. There is an additional suite downstairs that is currently occupied.. Guests will have a designated parking space. ***To access the living space you will need to climb stairs*** There is no kitchen but we have put together a fantastic Keurig coffee/hot chocolate bar, a mini fridge, and a filtered water tank for your use! There is also a microwave and disposable plasticware and paper goods.
For sleeping arrangements there is one very comfortable queen bed and a twin over a twin trundle bed. For your little sleepers we have also provided a Pack-n-Play crib. Please let us know if you would like to use it and we will set it up for you before you arrive.

Our small family's “homestead” is a work in progress! As we grow each year we add new things! We currently have chickens (no roosters!), an orchard, and are planning this year's garden.
We also have a large grassy area that connects to the main house which your kids are free to run around and use, a trampoline and a swings. We ask that you supervise your children at all times while using the play equipment. We look forward to hosting you!
