Summary: Great workers working there, always available to make you stay comfortable. Location: The different names makes it difficult to find ( online it's Bot properties and the hotel is names Apex suites). When you enter BOT properties on Google map it direct you to a different location. It needs to be corrected on the map. Room:I was given a room with no DSTV access for the first night. Please ensure everything is fully operational before checking a guest into a room. Also spray the rooms to kill insect the rooms before checking people in and tell your guest to stop partying late in the night distributing other guests who want to sleep. Thank you.
