Thank you for looking and considering a visit to our condo! We own and manage all of our units, and strive to provide a clean home base for your adventures!
We welcome any gracious, reasonable, constructive guests to book a visit-we would be happy to have you!
This bright, upper level 2br/2ba condo is located in a quiet development on the East side of Traverse City near the Grand Traverse Resort overlooking the Spruce Run golf course. It sleeps 6 with a queen bedroom, queen bed in the loft, and sleeper sofa in the loft. It features 2 full bathrooms, Wifi, full kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, private balcony, etc.
Our unit is on the 3rd level with 3 sets of approximately 6 steps and a wide landing.
We also have 6 other units in the development for larger groups that would like to stay together.
We tend to be a quiet establishment, so if your group has trouble harnessing their enthusiasm and noise, we might not be the best fit. 😉
Starting May 1st, we are providing bath towels and washcloths, 1 set per guest. Pantry food items and personal shower soaps are not provided at this time. Please read carefully and consider the amenities provided to make sure it is a good fit before booking.
The condo is around 9 miles to downtown Traverse City, and 1/2 mile to a new public beach/park. Great location on the East side of Traverse City near the Grand Traverse Resort, the Horse Show in Williamsburg and beautiful East Bay. Near Meijer grocery store, restaurants, Pirate's Cove, beaches, etc.
We are not affiliated with the Resort, just nearby. We do not share their amenities.
Our cancellation policy is stated and honored. We do not make exceptions for personal circumstances such as weather, illness, and travel.
Payment Note: We do still offer our traditional booking process of mailing/emailing the contract with a check or direct online payment. Please ask before requesting a reservation if interested in direct booking to save on fees!
