This is a full ranch house rental. You get the whole space to yourselves. There's a fenced in backyard with propane BBQ, propane firepit and seating perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Quail, rabbits, and other wildlife are common to see around the landscape. Security cameras are installed on the outside of the home for your safety. Feel free to walk around and see the beautiful mountain views in the area.
Enjoy the comforts of home in this newly renovated one story 1200 sq.ft. house near Yosemite National Park with high speed WiFi for T.V. and devices. You'll find character in every corner of the kitchen and living room equipped in an open concept with comfortable furnishings. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a couple miles from town where your ideal local amenities are available. We are 20 miles from Yosemite's south gate, about a 32 minute drive through the scenic drive up CA-41 N.
All the area except Garage are accessible to the guest. Garage is used for cleaner's and owners closet's. You may ask your primary host for access if you run out of any supply or need little more.

It is a cozy and private neighborhood. The house sits on a .6 acre lot so there is cushion between neighbors, but please be mindful as sound travels easily.
Best way to get around is by vehicle. Please beware that Yosemite may require reservations to get in. Bus tours are also available in the area if you don't have a day pass to get in. A good way to enter Yosemite if all reservations are sold out. You can also rent bicycles in Yosemite to take in the full experience of the valley. Bike rentals are available right next door at the neighbor's house (Yosemite Bicycle and Sport) as well.

Quiet Hours: 9 PM (Strictly; $500 security deposit to be withheld for violations in this mountain resort that is in the middle of a forest)
- Quiet Hours start at 10 PM, even if there are no neighbors in sight. Sound travels very far quickly in this ranch area. And this house seats little higher so sound travels even faster. $500 Penalty will be charged from Security Deposit if we receive any alert during Quiet Hours. No loud noise, Outdoor Lights or fire after 10 pm.
Please keep the front and back entrance closed at all times. We live in the mountains and have bugs, insects, and animals around. As much as we love our wildlife friends, we want to make sure they stay outside for our safety! :)
Food should not be left in the cars or outdoor spaces. Please do not feed any wildlife. If you see a bear during your stay on the property, please do not feed him/her and stay away from them.
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, during fire season. Please ask the host for permission before using the fire pit, to make sure you are complying with local laws and regulations.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control such as closure of the Yosemite National park.
This is a strictly Non-Smoking / Vaping property. Additionally, please do not use/ bring illegal drugs on the property. Violation of this rule will lead to forfeiting of the security deposit and will be charged additional cleaning fee and any additional damages.
The property is not 100% child proof and the hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay.
A Ring security camera and doorbell that monitor the front entrance to the property for our guests' safety. The security camera/bell are not constantly recording and will only record once there is motion. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or the bell. This is for your protection!
