This is a nicely furnished, cheerful condo; the living room has a vaulted ceiling, huge windows with lots of sunlight, and a ceiling fan. During winter months, the deck's southern exposure is excellent for sunning.
The open-concept floor plan allows you to enjoy your company in the living & dining areas while in the kitchen (which includes your own washer/dryer and upgraded appliances). The main floor en-suite bedroom has its own balcony, a king size bed and a full-size bed, a TV, and ceiling fan. The upstairs en-suite master bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, and deck with nice water views.
