There is a small apartment on the ground floor that is NOT included in this listing. The year round 1st floor tenant is a woman named Christina & her pup. She is familiar with the community and location. The 1st floor apartment has a completely separate entrance and exit. The 1st floor apartment is considered a separate residence under Franklin County guidelines.
As the entry's are completely separate, there are still private places for you to enjoy on the 1st floor like a hammock, the outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, the kayaks, 2 fire pits and sitting areas. There is also 2 BBQ grill (propane) and Blackstone there. We do ask that you respect her small area and privacy as she will respect yours.
Christina is a great asset to us and the house during hurricane season as well as the surrounding community.
