Each of the dwellings is accessed via the exclusive use (connected) generous decking with sea views and outdoor dining facilities. Step from the deck into the open-plan living area in the main house and enjoy beach views from your preferred vantage point... Situated to overlook Whangapoua Beach with floor to ceiling glass doors, you are free to enjoy the blissful views from inside or out. The modern and comfortably appointed interior ensures a relaxing stay. There are 2 bedrooms located upstairs in the main house, each with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king size bed and bedroom 2 with a queen bed. Both bedrooms enjoy brilliant views and a private deck. The 2 storied, fully self-contained studio is situated at the rear of the main house and includes 2 bedrooms. There is 1 bedroom upstairs, and 1 downstairs in the studio. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has one queen and one single bed. There is a kitchenette in the studio, and 1 bathroom. Everything you require for dining al fresco is on hand at this Whangapoua retreat, with ample outdoor furniture, an electric sun awning and a large gas barbeque for the outdoor chef.
