Summary: Godsend. I initially reserved a different home, in the same housing/condo tract. The original home had no wifi or cable tv (we tried all of the tips to get it to work, and eventually contacted Vacasa and they had to have a maintenance worker come out to fix). It also had no hot water. After calling about 5 times, the maintenance worker came out again. He stated that the water heater was not fixable, and they needed a whole new unit. Vacasa was amazing, and quickly switched us to 34A. It was the exact same set up as our first rental but WOW did it blow the other one out of the water. Pun intended. This rental has everything you need. It was Cleaner and so Organized. Everything had its place. Everything worked. The decor was beautiful. The beds, so comfortable. I cooked a lot, as most the restaurants in town were still closed for the season. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pots/pans/dishes were all clean and great quality. The views of Lone Mountain are stunning. It is quiet and peaceful. We did not use the hot tub so I cannot speak on that. The owners did a great job with this rental. It has been one of the most comfortable rentals we've stayed at.
