Summary: The hotel is dark, dreary, stuffy and felt unkempt and dirty. Room 123- the AC unit sounded like a jet engine when cycling and could not sleep with it running. I asjed for a fan- no fabs available. The security clasp was mussing - apoeared sheared off the door, abd used towel found on a hook behind the bathroom door. Carpet was dirty and lighting was very dim. Front desk gal was overwhelmed. Breakfast was nasty. Best Western management needs to visit this location. Shameful for the price.
