We include air conditioning, hot water, en suite bathroom, shampoo, soap, towels and beach chairs and towels. There is private small living room area. The sofa bed is for a third and/or fourth guest. In the event that two guests want to sleep apart there is a 5$ extra linen fee.This room does not have windows.

Summary: We stayed here one night, my fiance, my 9yr old son, and myself. Downstairs is a futon bed that was great for him, it did get a little warm down there, but not unbearable or anything. Little refrigerator, which was nice to have. The bathroom was actually nicer than we though it would be, small, but clean and bright. The upstairs has one bed, a queen i think. Just fine for the two of us. Needs a table upstairs, there is nothjng to put your stuff on but the floor. There is access to a cool balcony as well. It was fun hanging out there and peole watching. However, the doors on the ends that lead out there are actually other rooms, so be quiet! We went out there and were having coffee jist after sunrise and accidentally woke the folks up that were in that room. We werent being loud, just our voices chatting woke them up, so keep that in mind. Honestly we kinda felt like we had to be really quiet the entire time we were there. Also, it is right next to some cool bars , which is cool, but the music pumps untill pretty late at night. Didnt really bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, its another thing to keep in mind. All in all, it was good for the one night, but i dont think we would have wanted to stay more than that. The building itself is really old, which is kinda cool.
