Welcome to beautiful Berry Beach Farm. This is a new architect designed 5 bedroom house sitting on a very private 25 acres. Relax by the double sided open fireplace in one of the sitting rooms gazing out at the view over the paddocks and into the hills beyond, or around the pool (solar heated in summer) and the alfresco dining area.
There is a large TV/Games room for the kids and lots of outdoor space to kick the football, run around, organise games or a walk around the paddocks.
Berry town with its multitude of cafes, shops, and the famous Berry Sourdough less than 5 mins away or the wide expanse of seven mile beach just down the road. Lots to do for the whole family.

Portacot and high chair provided.
3 separate living rooms - firstly a large double lounge room with double sided fireplace and views over the paddocks towards the mountains, secondly a smaller sitting room looking over the pool area and lastly a large kids game/family room with TV and video games.
Alfresco outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, front lawn and paddocks beyond. There is an outdoor fire pit as well for those cooler evenings.
The property is fully air-conditioned but also has an open fireplace.
Outdoor BBQ and fully fenced pool area. However please note that as this is a rural property there are unfenced dams and creeks nearby so non-swimmers and small children should be supervised.
Please note that the furnishings are too a high standard and we don't allow parties or large groups. Any significant parties without owners consent will result in forfeiture of damage deposit. Pets are not allowed.
