Berowra Waters Retreat is a luxury four bedroom river home offering stunning river views and a larger entertainment are complete with fire pit and fully equipped kitchen. Please note that this property is WATER ACCESS ONLY - you cannot drive or walk to this property. Boats transfer for check in and out are included in the total rate. During summer you will spend all your time outside relaxing and dining down stairs in the entertainment area. As you have access to a motorised tinny, kayaks and SUP's you will definitely make the most of this beautiful water based property. During winter you will find yourselves enjoying a drink around the fire pit, cooking up a feast on the BBQ in the under cover entertainment area and children will enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire. The Retreat is a fantastic home for up to 4 couples who want to get away and relax or perfect for family groups as the property comes with a motorised boat, single and double kayaks, Stand Up Boards (SUP's) and fishing rods. Fish or swim straight off your private pontoon or just sit on either of the two decks and take in the view. If you have your own boat, bring it along and berth it next to the pontoon or put it out on the private swing mooring out the front of the property. Berowra Waters Retreat is a unique holiday experience suitable for everyone. With three bedrooms in the main house and a self contained unit below, the Retreat has three bathrooms, indoor and outdoor fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor spa. There is a TV/DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning in every room. Some rooms have a ceiling fan for those who prefer natural air circulating.
