Positive: The location and the complex in general, it felt safe and it was clean. The apartment was pretty big and comfortable.
Negative: There were ants all over (especially in the kitchen and in one of the bedroom), and it was pretty much annoying. We reported the problem the very first day, but they offered us to help 8 days later. Since we were supossed to stay out of the apartment for a couple of hours after the treatment, we said no. The internet connection was a disaster. No stability, no speed. Since we all work from home, it was frustrating. They came to fix the issue, but in the end they just concluded that it was not possible to have several laptops connected at the same time since the package they had contracted was basic. Next days the connection was a bit better, but far from the desirable level, since the stability was still an issue. We had to use the internet from our cell phones in the end. The shower in the second bathroom was leaking, and the bathroom was all the time wet. Also, there was not a door between the bathroom and the bedroom, and it felt pretty uncomfortable both in terms of bad smell and noise. There was toilet paper only for the first day. The same applies to champoo, shower gel, detergent for the washing machine, garbage bags, spices, oil and vinegar, etc. They said it was not a hotel, and we were supposed to buy these things. We've never had this problem with the other apartments in the area. Especially not when you are paying 2347 EUR! Moreover, they charged us a deposit of 400 EUR, and didn't want to come to inspect the apartment before we left, so that we could be sure that the deposit will be refunded. Instead, they suggested we take some photos as a proof. We waited for the refund a lot more than the promised 7 days and we had to contact the costumer service of booking.com for help. Last but not least, after having spent 12 nights and paid a fortune, when we asked if we could stay 2-3 hours more before going to the airport, they asked for 10 EUR per hour! All in all, an overpriced place with a customer service at its worst, not recommended.
Summary: Highly overvalued stay considering the numerous flaws and the inferior customer service
