Positive: Location was very convenient and the breakfast was great, especially considering the food prices in the local restaurants. Very good value. The staff were polite and helpful.

Negative: It was noisy at times, but I think that's probably true of most of the hotels in this area.

Summary: Exceeded expectations; good value for money
