Nestled among the mansions on Bellevue Ave, this family friendly 2 bedroom vacation condo has a newly renovated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom with both a walk in shower and tub. Modern and comfortable. A five minute walk to the Tennis Hall of Fame and easy access to the rest of downtown, mansions, shops, restaurants, Cliff Walk, beaches, health food store, library, playgrounds, upper broadway, and more. The heated outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are free laundry machines and a shared outdoor grill by the pool. Wind down from a day at the beach on the private screened porch or with a movie on the 55" flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a twin bed and a full/double bed. Off street parking for one vehicle and on street parking available across the street with no permit required. There are bicycle racks as well. Newport's free trolley stops right in front of the building for easy access to downtown, Ocean Drive, mansions, and Rejects Beach. Come, relax and enjoy all Newport has to offer.

Summary: I spent two months in John’s condo, and as a former Rhode Islander, I can’t attest that this condo is in the perfect Newport location. Quiet with super good parking outside the door, but close enough to the action so that you can walk to the mansions, Cliff Walk, or to downtown for the bars and restaurants. Believe me, not having to worry about parking a car is huge in Newport. The unit is nicely updated and very well equipped (much more so than other locations I have rented). I plan on returning to this sweet spot next summer.
