Then ... tuck them into their very own queen-size, memory foam beds and sneak away to relax with the drink of your choice in front of a cozy gas fire and your own 55" TV (complete with a brand-new XBox) chat with family and friends at the fire pit, or just sit and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean tides from the deck.

Summary: The first thing I want to say is how great Marty is. She was very helpful and always quick to respond if we had a question (even before we arrived). She is the perfect host/manager. She actually seems like a friend. The house is beautiful with many amenities--above and beyond what we expected. The house is immaculate. Even walking around in stocking feet, there was never even a hint of dirt on the bottoms of my socks. A private, long flight of stairs leads to a private access to the beach. For those who can't or don't want to climb the stairs, a public beach access is just a few blocks away. There are beautiful ocean views from the house, the deck, and the patio. One washer and three dryers make short work of doing laundry. A well-stocked kitchen, large gas stove, dishwasher, large seating area for dining, free Netflix, a fireplace, just to mention a few of the amenities, made for a pleasant stay. It seems like every day we discovered something new. Everyone in our group was impressed by this house, and we had such a good time.
