SMOKING POLICY: This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property/complex. No smoking/vaping inside the unit, outside on decks, at the pool, or anywhere on the grounds due to fire hazards and liability. Please check in with us on the day of your arrival around 12:30 pm. We have a tight turnaround time with guests checking out at 10 am. To ensure your experience is optimal, our housekeeping team will asses the home and confirm the timeline is acceptable to make sure the home is up to Love to Stay 30A property management standards. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home, our home inspectors verify the home is ready for your arrival.
