Located close to Quinta do Lago lake and within walking distance of Quinta do Lago beach where you will find miles of golden sand. It benefits from a large private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), WiFi internet and Lazer TV. Entrance is via an electric gate which leads to the drive with plenty of parking. The living room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It has a fireplace, a smart TV with Lazer (Sky channels) and DVD player. The kitchen is located on the left hand side of the hallway and is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as iron and iron board. On the same area as the kitchen there is a dining area with table and 6 chairs, opening to the covered terrace. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom opens to the garden. Bedroom two has a double bed and TV. Just outside the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor. On the hallway to the bedrooms there is a siting area, with TV and DVD player. The spacious master bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and 2 chairs. Outside there is a covered terrace with sofa seating in front of the living room and a dining table for 8 persons. Steps lead to the rectangular shaped pool (10 metres x 7 metres). The pool can be heated against an extra charge. There are sun loungers near the pool. On the left hand side there is the gas barbeque area with a pergola, perfect for alfresco dining. Rates include bedroom linen, maid service and bathroom towels.
