Be one of the first to stay in this gorgeous brand-new private vacation home in the Burnt Store Village neighborhood in Punta Gorda, Florida.
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level home is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As soon as you enter the home, you are greeted with a light and bright atmosphere, porcelain tile flooring and quartz countertops. The spacious living room boasts a large and comfy sectional and matching chairs, Smart TV, and tons of natural light through the sliding glass doors.
Adjacent is the chefs kitchen with a giant kitchen island and all stainless-steel appliances. The dining table offers fantastic pool views and can seat up to eight people.
There is a den/office space with another large sectional that can be turned into a bed as well as a desk and office chair.
The master bedroom includes a California king-size bed, tv and lanai access. The master bathroom includes an incredible glass tile walkin shower and dual vanity.
The second bedroom includes a full bed and tv, sharing the guest bathroom with the third bedroom with another full-size bed, tv, and lanai access.
The outdoor space is an oasis as the perfect place to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Under the lanai, relax around the seating couches, or sit down at the table for dining al fresco.
The saltwater pool and spa are the best features of this space surrounded by several chaise loungers as well as a firepit on the side built into the patio!

Pool/Spa heat for this salt-water pool is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.
The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store.
This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
