This spacious new villa (91m2) equipped to a high standard in a contemporary style and equipped for 6-8 people. The villa also enjoys a large private fenced terrace facing south (55m2). The terrace has a canopy for the Shadowsworn. The house is part of a group of 11 houses, which are secured by electronic gates. There is a large living / dining room (29 sqm), the spacious, fully equipped kitchen adjoins (11qm). Upstairs is a balcony (8m2) with table and chairs. There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets.
