This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is the perfect spot to enjoy all of Seabrook Island's amenities. You can easily access the Lake House, Racquet Club, and Equestrian Center within walking distance of the villa. The beautifully remodeled condo is on the 3rd floor and has about 30 steps to the front door. There is no elevator access so keep that in mind.
Upon entry into the unit, you are greeted with a coastal vibe and open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining table seats up to 6 guests with additional bar stool seating. The spacious living room has a large sectional sofa and mounted flat screen TV, perfect to relax after a long day of exploring. There is a half bathroom on this level as well. The screened porch is perfect for enjoying the salty breeze and overlooks the tidal marsh.
Upstairs houses the two bedrooms and the laundry room. To the right is the master bedroom with a king size bed. It has a private balcony with seating for two guests also overlooking the tidal marsh. To the left of the hallway is the second bedroom which has a twin over full bunk bed. It has a large balcony with a cozy couch and table overlooking the Racquet Club community.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $40/per day per family, or $225/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply only to 2023. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2024.
To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
