Pelican's Landing is located just a very short distance away from the beach as well as the famous Ocean Annies Oceanfront Beach Club. Pelican's Landing properties, which have the same exact floor plan as Pelican’s Watch next door, offers spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a screened-in balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, cable television and a full size washer/dryer in a separate laundry room. The resort complex features a swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Pelican's Landing does not allow pets on the premises.
