The original features of the house have been restored, including the oak fireplace mantle, a stained glass window as well as beautiful refinished wood floors throughout. The house has a two zone central air conditioning and heating system.
The first floor features a large sun porch at the front of the house which is the perfect spot to relax, people watch and enjoy the ocean breezes. Also on the first floor is a large living room with a 50โ flat screen "smart" TV, a huge formal dining room, with a large family style dining table, with a charming alcove spot to sit and read a book. The all new eat-in kitchen is open to the dining room and living room and features all new cabinets and appliances and countertops with beautiful Carrera marble finishes. Completing the first floor is a large sunny bedroom at the rear of the house featuring a new en suite bathroom. Located just off the bedroom is the roof top sun deck. A perfect spot to relax at the end of a day at the beach.

The house features a small fence enclosed yard, perfect for small children, two off street parking spots, a newly built cedar outside shower, stainless steel barbeque grille, as well as a convenient ground level basement, with plenty of room for storage and easy access from the yard.
