Summary: We loved the fact that we had plenty of space. We were a party of 4 and all had our own rooms (well, my husband and I shared) and bathrooms which was AMAZING. The smoke detector was beeping all the first night so we called the manager and they sent someone over that took care of it but not the way we would have expected. He took the battery out and said he would have to get another one later. I think that batteries for something like that should be on hand and being without a smoke detector in Mexico did not make me feel 100% comfortable but I am crazy like that and travel with my own plug-in carbon monoxide detector, LOL. Also, there had been a break in the 1st night in the same complex but it was the person's fault for leaving the room unlocked...the problem is, our sliding glass door in our room had a broken locking mechanism that we told them about and they said they would have to order the mechanism. There was a rod in the door so we just used that. We loved the washer and dryer and the beds and pillows were all very comfortable. We wished that we would have rented a golf cart b/c it was really too far from town to walk when it's really hot. Other than those items, it was perfect, clean, large and comfortable.
