If you’re coming to Las Vegas Nevada and you want to enjoy the strip, but you don’t want to stay on the Las Vegas strip and you want the feel of the beautiful outdoors, this is the place you are looking for!
This cute country farm house is located just 12 miles west of the world famous Las Vegas strip.
You can easily stay here and in less than 25 minutes be in your hotel convention or airport then when you’re finished drive out to a beautiful national conservation area with towering mountains and canyons around you - peacefulness!
This home was built in the 1950s era with a newer 1990 edition. The house has a large spacious front yard and covered porch and comfortable back yard with a pool to cool off in the warmer summer months. Newly landscaped with mature trees.
The tall side of the house has one huge bedroom and one large community space with leather couches and pool table. There’s a small kitchenette downstairs as well. The single story side has 2 bedrooms one with queen bed and one with bunk beds and 2 single sleeper sofas. Full Kitchen and pantry with washer and dryer and a very large outdoor space to enjoy the sunsets.
Property is fully solar powered for those who are environmentally conscious. additionally, this house has one of the only windmills in Las Vegas.
You can ride hundreds of miles of world class trail on mountain bikes right out the front door and/or go hiking just minutes down the road!
If you rock climb this is a PERFECT location.
Room to park your camper van as well!
This property shares a driveway with a small house off to the side in the back so parking is strict as to not park in driveway.
